In our industry technicians know a little bit about everything, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc. If you can do any one of these, we’ll teach you the rest! To get started as a new technician at our service center, RV specific experience is not required. But you do need to be handy, dedicated, responsible and professional. We run an honest, clean shop and need honest, hard-working technicians who see the value in a good day’s work for good a day’s pay.
What we are looking for:
Someone with diagnostic and repair skills for everything RV and camper. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful service technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs.
Skills we desire
Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Possible exposure to environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.
Must furnish own hand/shop tools
Ability to work independently
Positive “I can do it” attitude
High school diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License
RVIA certification a plus but not required
State Inspection License a plus but not required

Respond directly to customers with questions and educate them on the features, benefits, and roles of our service center.
Assist customers with basic service & order related inquiries and status requests.
Demonstrate a high level of customer care experience.
Willingness to learn about the RV industry.
Assists with data entry using MS Word, Excel, and internet browsers.
Performs basic clerical duties (filing, typing, copying, collating, faxing, etc.)
Excellent communication skills.
Answers phones, directs calls, greets and directs customers
Operates a variety of office equipment
Manages incoming and outgoing mails and parts distribution
Order parts as needed by phone or internet
Maintains office records as requested
Provides routine information regarding service status on RV’s/Parts requests
Candidate must be friendly and can multitask in a fast paced office
Assists with finding and ordering parts from vendors
Other clerical duties, as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED + 1 years of related work experience. Must pass skills test.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Knowledge of office practices and procedures. Knowledge of principals of customer service. Skilled in Word processing, Excel, and other computer applications. Service orientation skills. Effective oral and written communication skills.

Greg’s RV Service is a small but growing RV repair facility in Fairless Hills PA. We are looking for a few dedicated and dependable persons to join our crew.
Looking for dependable person who can do odd jobs, learn new skills and someone who wants to advance in our organization.
Entery level skills needed – willing to train the right individual
Detail RV’s inside and out, Wash/Wax, Clean
Minor repairs to start, roof repairs on campers, oil changes, etc
Able to climb a ladder
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Able to operate an automatic and manual transmission
